So many things have happened with my team too!
For starters:
We had an amazing 18 hour bonding experience together. 18 hours to get away from our busy world and just spend time together. I was also able to spend a copious amount of time "journaling" and I would like to share with you what I wrote about my expectations.
I am so thankful for my team.My expectations this year, compared to last year, are completely different. I genuinely met Jesus Christ in Kenya last year. I believe that this is the time when I truly fell in love with my heavenly father. I hope that this year I am able to grasp a better understanding of how he wants to work though me. I pray that I am capable of understanding the things that he wants me to hear...Where does he want to do more work in my life? When does he want me to spend time with Him? How can I obey him in my relationships with other people?...I believe it will be the in that time that I truly grasp how much he loves and cares to know me. I want to me immersed with the Holy Spirit........SO that we may have life and have it abundantly.
For end-ers:
I have been going nuts over...FUND RAISING!
So far we have a few ideas, a few emails sent out, but nothing set in stone. Every time I add something up and calculate the costs, I feel so defeated. I wanted to do a car wash, but no where will let us have a car wash. Awh man, I hope the heavenly fathers breaks down these obstacles because without any money we have no way to get to the place that he wills us to serve...
